We are excited to announce that we have updated our phone system that will connect you directly to your caseworker. When calling our office, (608) 266-4031, listen carefully to the NEW options. Caseworkers have 3 days to return your phone call, so there is no need to call back to follow up.
Option 1 Payment Information. To obtain copies of your court order, or have questions about your court hearing, call the Clerk of Courts at (608) 266-4311.
Option 2 Lien Release and Satisfactions (vehicles, property, license, bank accounts, settlements)
Option 3 Cases needing paternity established or genetic tests appointments – Select using Mother’s last name (No father listed on the birth certificate, and no court order established)
Option 4 Cases needing an Order established –Select by Parent’s last name of the parent who may be ordered to pay (Father is listed on the birth certificate but no court order is established yet)
Option 5 Cases needing Order Enforcement, or Review and Adjust Requests – Select by paying parent’s last name (Court order exists)
Option 6 Questions about a warrant for your arrest, a purge payment, are unsure who the worker is assigned to the case, or you are an attorney calling about a case
If you choose to bypass the selections above or are unsure of who you need to speak to, please be prepared for longer hold times as you wait to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Our phone hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Case Participants will be connected to a Customer Service Rep, who will answer the questions or forward it to the assigned worker. Leave a detailed and clear Voice Mail if you would like your call returned. The calls are answered in the order in which they are received; therefore, you may experience longer hold times while we assist other participants. It may take up to 3 business days for workers to return a call.
